Ehitatud 1979 kuni 2010. Esialgne lahendus Raeköök tehtud koostöös arh. Helgi Margnaga.Hoone paikneb 7 ajaloolisel kinnistul, kus hooned olid sõjas hävinenud.Aastate jooksul on erinevate omanike poolt pidevalt hoone mahtu muudetud peale ja kõrvale juurdeehitustega.
