Tegemist on Vallipere kinnistul asunud ajaloolise hoone rekonstrueerimisprojektiga moodsamas võtmes. Taastati hoone säilinud maakivivundament. Projekteerimisel võeti aluseks ajaloolised fotod kinnistul asunud hoonest. Hoone kandekonstruktsiooniks on clt.
