The Roland Rainer Competition 2007 - an international, open, single step, anonymous ideas competition for architects, town planners and graduates of schools of architecture and town planning. The aim is to find ideal design concepts, based on essential urban planning and architectural principles, for a garden city type district in a European city.
The competition procedure is organised by the City of Vienna in conjunction with the Austrian Federal Chamber of Architects and Chartered Engineering Consultants.
