The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia announces the contest of sketches for “The Memorial to Soviet Occupation Victims”. The aim of the contest is to create an idea, a sketch for the memorial place in the centre of Riga the capital of Latvia, which would enunciate the victims and losses of the Latvian nation, born within the Soviet regime.
