Transformation of Open-air Stage in Mežaparks, Riga

The Riga City Council has announced an international competition "Transformation of Open-air Stage in Mežaparkss, Riga".

Expected are conceptual proposals for the architecturally and acoustically successful transformation of the existing stage. After the competition there will be a negotiation procedure with the authors of the three best ideas concerning the elaboration of detail design. The transformation of the stage should be completed till the 2010 Song Festival.

The deadline for design submission - 17 October 2007
