Architectural design competition for the Raba - Lai bridge in Pärnu, Estonia

The objective of the design competition is to determine the best architectural solution for the bridge connecting Raba Street and Lai Street in Pärnu as well as for traffic arrangements related to the bridge corridor, and award a public contract for services to the winner of the competition based on its design solution. The area to be designed includes the following properties: Lai Street 24 (62510:131:4350), Lai Street 26 (62510:131:9611), riverside path on the right bank L4 (62507:018:0002), Raba Street T2 (62507:018:0001), Rääma Street 23 (62507:018:3540).

The deadline for submitting design solutions to the design competition is at 4 p.m. on 10 March 2020.
The prize fund of the design competition totals EUR 32,000 andshall be distributed as follows:
EUR 12,000 for the winner of the design competition
EUR 8,000 for the second place
EUR 6,000 for the third place
Two consolation prizes of EUR 3,000 each.

The Competition Notice and documents – procurement documents and the Terms of Reference are published in the Public Procurement Register. The main brief and terms of reference are translated into English and added to this e-mail!
